A man building a house, dug deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck the house but could not shake: for it was founded. And another man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, collapsed and its destruction was complete.

Alleged accident picture In an interview, Chidi Mokeme denied all involvement and blames it on fraudsters, jobless individuals and scammers.
